Polish Mountain Nail Art

I was recently scrolling through my Facebook newsfeed when I come across a post from Insider Art. The post was about a new fashion trend called 'polish mountain'. Inspired by YouTube nail vlogger Simply Nailogical, this is a process in which you paint your nails but you layer the paint with 100 coats, yes 100 coats of nail polish. 

The first thing I thought when I saw the finished product was how long does that take to complete?! After watching the whole video it revealed that the process can take up to ten hours to complete; and although I take a fair amount of time to paint my nails Iv never quite taken that long. 

What's your opinion on this new fashion trend, would you give this a try or give it a miss?
